[Gentle Junmai Ginjo Origarami]

This is the result of gentle pasteurization of ginjo sake.
It has a more gorgeous and elegant aroma than the standard Junmai Ginjo, and a lighter sweetness.
As the name suggests, it has a mild flavor.

This is an exhibition-only product with a different quality of sake than the seasonal lightly cloudy nama sake ( no secondary fermentation in the bottle ) .

・Niida Honke Gentle Series
Brewed since 1994 , this sake is made using the kimoto method, and has a beautiful, clear, crisp taste that can be enjoyed with meals. It is made using organic Miyamanishiki, Gohyakumangoku, and Omachi rice, and soft spring water. It is the first sake to receive Fukushima Prefecture brand certification .
