The manufacturing process is so laborious that it seems absurd. This is the Ogasawara tradition that has been passed down from our ancestors. In particular, the sleepless work continues for several days. The difficulty of obtaining the best domestic glutinous rice.
It's all things that make you want to run away.
But when I see the finished product, I can't help but smile. I want to make it again next year.
