Uses 100% Koshu harvested in our own field along Shigekawa, Koshu City.
The wine is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and bottled without much filtration.

The rich fragrance reminiscent of Japanese citrus fruits, pears, and green apples spreads.
It is a dry white wine that can be enjoyed refreshingly with a refreshing and sharp acidity while being condensed.
