A special junmai sake made with rice from the brewery's local Yamagata prefecture.
It has a smooth mouthfeel, and the gentle aroma blends with the right amount of umami and sweetness, and spreads throughout your mouth. It has a well-balanced taste that you won't get tired of drinking, and is recommended as a sake that complements a wide range of dishes.
