" Okoge " is a popular barley shochu with a flavor similar to barley chocolate. In order to retain the original taste and aroma of this shochu, which is popular for its barley chocolate flavor, it is stored in lightly roasted oak barrels for five months to allow it to reach the pinnacle of maturity.
The recommended way to drink it is to mix 6 parts Enjuku Okoge with 4 parts hot water !
