A +9 dry Junmai sake brewed by a brewer in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, using underground water from Mt. Daisetsu .
The name is taken from Utagawa Kuniyoshi's ukiyo-e painting ``Seitai Yoshiomi Nana Kagami,'' which depicts Ako samurai drinking sake from Otokoyama.
It is characterized by a sharp, sharp taste with a slight acidity, and is also the driest Junmai in this brewery.
