This is a limited edition liquor store product with an eye-catching Medama Oyaji label.
It is made using 100 % of the legendary rice variety "Powerful Rice."
This sake is characterized by its wide range of flavors and good balance, which are characteristic of strong sakes.

・Sake brewing rice "Powerful"
The grains are large and, like Yamadanishiki and Omachi, have a linear white core that is suitable for ginjo sake brewing, making this rice suitable for sake brewing and is only found in Tottori Prefecture.
"Kyōryō," which was selected from Tottori's native species in the 1890s, was tall and difficult to grow, so cultivation of it ceased for a time in 1955 .
Later, in 1986 , thanks to the efforts of those involved, it was revived from the handful of original seeds that had been preserved at the Tottori University Faculty of Agriculture in order to produce a local sake that is unique to Tottori .
