[Domaine Ponkotsu Goodnight 2023]

The main grapes used are Kyoho, Fujiminori, Pione, and Koshu, with some Cinsault and Cabernet Franc also used.

Pink grape-like color.
After uncorking, the sediment will begin to swirl around a little while later.

It has a faint scent of white peach and an elegant melon flavor.
The acidity from the Koshu and the strong tannin astringency finish off the latter half of the wine, and after a while a refreshing green color reminiscent of a summer forest emerges.
