Mainly Kyoho, Fujitoshi, Pione, and Koshu, with Cinsault, Cabernet Franc, etc.

A pink grape-like color.
After a while after uncorking, the lees will turn around.

A light scent of white peach and an elegant appearance of melon.
The acidity from Koshu and the astringent flavor with strong tannins tighten in the second half, and after a while, a refreshing blue color reminiscent of a summer forest emerges.
