Made with 100% Koshu grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture, cold maceration is used to slowly extract the tannins and fruit from the skin while keeping the temperature low.
An orange wine that brings out the uniqueness of Koshu.

The scent of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon is fresh, and the scent of violets and herbs also appears in the scent reminiscent of peach and golden tree.
The sourness is moderate, and it is characterized by Koshu fruit flavor and faint bitterness.
Great compatibility with hot pot and Japanese food!
