RINGO and BUDO create a comfortable throat rhythm!

This is a rare fusion wine of apples and grapes, made with Fuji apples from Nanyo, Yamagata Prefecture, and Pink Dela, which is slightly more colored than the Blue Dela from our own farm.

The apple juice obtained by slowly squeezing it with an apple juicer is fermented at low temperature for 3 months without being sludged, and at the end of the process, we add Pinkdella, an orange brewed from our own farm that has been preserved in sulfite-free salt, and bottle it. It is subjected to secondary fermentation.

The color is wrapped in ripe deep yellow of apple and dark orange, which is a characteristic of sulfite-free.
The taste is elegant and elegant with the characteristic apple flavor of cider and the moderate acidity of pink dera, so I think it goes well with a variety of dishes.

The carbonation is moderate, but the finely dissolved bubbles make the malic acid stronger after the second cup.
And with a pink dela core that won't drip, you'll never get tired of drinking until the end.

He thought that by using grape wine to compensate for the lack of acidity in apples, which have a low alcohol content, they could make a more enjoyable wine.
