This fruity sweet Junmai Ginjo is made by polishing Hokkaido's representative rice, Ginpu, to 50% and using a combination of Kyokai 1801 yeast and Yamagata yeast.
It is currently attracting attention as a rare and mysterious Yamagata sake nationwide.
It has a well-balanced taste of gorgeous aroma and fresh umami, making it a sweet type of sake that is unusual for Sugiyu Warabioka Sake Brewery.
