The name "Lento" comes from the musical term Lento , which means "gently, slowly."
This brown sugar shochu is aged using the "acoustic aging" method, which involves adding a certain amount of acoustic vibration to the storage tank to promote aging. It is aged for about three months while being surrounded by classical music such as Mozart, Beethoven, and Vivaldi.
This aging process gives the sake a mellow, gentle flavor and rich aroma.
