The origin of the name "Lento" comes from the musical term Lento , which means "slowly, slowly."
Brown sugar shochu matured with the "acoustic maturing" method that adds a certain amount of acoustic vibration to the storage tank to promote maturation. It is matured while being wrapped in classical music such as Mozart, Beethoven, and Vivaldi for about 3 months.
This aging process produces a mellow, gentle taste and rich aroma.
