We use 100 % of the best Muscat Bailey A harvested in the Hosaka area located in the northwest of the Kofu Basin .
By using fully ripe grapes, it expresses a rich fruit flavor, and it is finished in a well-balanced wine with a gentle acidity and soft astringency in the berry scent.

We select and blend from a large number of barrels, conscious of the individuality of the fruit and the thoughts of the land and nature of the grape producers.
A red wine with fruits such as raspberries and cherries, sweet spices such as cinnamon, and aromas of black tea, with a smooth texture and rounded tannins.
