With pleasant aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla, and caramel derived from the barrel, this wine boasts a lively and rich fruitiness, soft tannins, and a balanced acidity, resulting in a full-bodied finish.

It pairs well with beef stew, roast beef, steak, and simmered hamburg steak.
