A limited edition sake from a super popular brewery that uses 100 % rare rice Kamenoo !

The rice is 55 % polished using the mythical rice ``Kamenoo,'' which was temporarily discontinued due to its difficulty in cultivation .
It has a scent reminiscent of ripe fruit, and a mellow mouthfeel with plenty of soft rice flavor and sweetness.
It has the unique richness and depth of Kamenoo, resulting in an exquisitely balanced flavor and dryness.

・About “Kame no O”
Discovered and cultivated in 1893 by Mr. Kameji Abe, a farmer in Yamagata Prefecture .
The roots of currently well-known varieties such as Koshihikari, Hitomebore, and Akita Tacomachi.
It was a famous sake rice, mainly in eastern Japan, for its good taste, and was called ``Zanji'', ``Omachi'' in the west, and ``Kamenoo'' in the east, but it disappeared as it was not suitable for modern farming methods because it was sensitive to chemical fertilizers and pesticides. .
After that, a sake brewery in Niigata Prefecture spent three years reviving it and perfecting Ginjo sake using Kamenoo.
``Natsuko's Sake,'' based on this revival drama, was a huge hit in both the manga and drama.
