Smooth on the palate with refreshing acidity

This wine is made from Mr. Abiko's Pinot Grigio grapes from Sagae, fermented in stainless steel tanks.

A pale greenish-bright yellow color. Aromas of fresh pear and sweet white flowers.
The taste also reveals fresh yellow apple notes, with lively acidity and a subtle bitterness that tightens the flavor.

Sakai Winery, founded in 1892, is the oldest winery in Tohoku.
Around 2007, they switched from conventional farming to pesticide-free grape cultivation in their own fields, where about 20 sheep are grazed to weed the vineyards.

They are committed to traditional winemaking methods rooted in the land, such as using natural yeasts and microorganisms present in the soil, and the non-filtered method without using a filter, which they have continued since their establishment.
