Made with Yamanashi-prefecture Yamasauvignon (a hybrid grape variety of wild grape and Cabernet Sauvignon).
Dried yeast is added towards the end of fermentation, which is slowly conducted in stainless steel tanks.

Immediately after opening, the wine has a strong, stimulating individuality, but also a straightforward acidity from the wild grapes.
After a little time, the fruitiness increases and the taste becomes mellower, but it is recommended to drink it sooner rather than later.
