Located in Otsuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, it was founded in 1661 as Hanadaya.
Mr. Hisashi Amano, who later inherited Hanadaya and became the first brewer, renamed it the current Sasaichi Sake Brewery in 1919 , and has a history of over 300 years.
