Made using purple sweet potatoes from Kagoshima Prefecture, it is brewed in earthenware pots and distilled in traditional wooden barrels.
This limited edition shochu has a sweet aroma reminiscent of wine, mellow melon, banana, and other fruits, and has a wonderful balance of richness and flavor.
