[Shunugui Takazasu pure rice]

Won the highest gold prize at Japan's largest hot sake contest!

Takazasu is named after Mt. Kushigata (Mt. Takazasu), the southernmost tip of the Southern Alps.
It's a dry and sharp men's sake. As long as it is a local sake, we want to be particular about local sake rice and water, so we use "Tamasakae", the rice suitable for sake brewing, contracted in "Fujikawa-cho" where the brewery is located, and Mt. Kushigata, the southernmost tip of the Southern Alps. It is a pure rice sake that uses the finest subsoil water from Mt.

We recommend lukewarm sake ( 40°C to 45°C ).
Appeared in Volume 82 of "Oishinbo" published by Shogakukan.

Excerpt from Yorozuya Brewery official website
In 1790 , the first head of the Yorozuya family , Hachigoro Yorozuya, opened a sake brewery in the current location .・Poet Akiko Yosano, who had a close relationship with Junji Nakagome, visited the brewery in 1932 . The name was changed to 'Shunugui' because of the poetry that 'Shunugui's sake brewery is worth visiting Horyuji.'
We use slightly hard underflow water from Mt. Kushigata, the southernmost point of the Southern Alps, for the preparation of our sake, and we mainly brew pure rice sake in the cold.
The taste of Harugui is a slightly dry type with a soft umami with a slightly elegant sourness.
As the name suggests, it has a warm flavor reminiscent of the spring of Kai in the mountains.
