This plum liqueur is made by steeping the finest Kishu plum variety, Nankou plum, in awamori and finishing it with pure domestic brown sugar.
Plum wine made with awamori brings out a mellow richness and unique flavor not found in other plum wines, and has a depth of flavor that is different from other plum wines.
It has a strong fragrance, a strong sourness, a punchy flavor and a subtle sweetness.
