This is the only shochu made by Shiratama Jozo that is made using atmospheric distillation.
Shochu distilled under normal pressure tends to have a richer, umami flavor compared to shochu distilled under reduced pressure, which has a clean, smooth taste.
However, the taste of this ``Shiragyoku no Tsuyu'' is refreshing, with a nice crisp aftertaste that goes smoothly.
This is the finest regular sake with a sweet and mellow flavor and a clean drinking taste.
