Shiratama Jozo's standard potato shochu that brews "Maou"

It is the only shochu produced by Shiratama Jozo that is distilled under normal pressure.
Atmospheric distillation shochu tends to have a mellow, umami flavor compared to vacuum distillation, which produces a clean, non-addictive taste.

However, the taste of this “Shiratama no Tsuyu” is refreshing and the aftertaste is sharp, making it easy to drink.
A superb regular sake with a sweet and mellow flavor and a clean mouthfeel.
