In order to respond to the voices of many enthusiasts who wanted to drink the strong potato-flavored "Nigori Shochu" that was popular during the Meiji and Taisho years, we have revived the " Hon Nigori Series " of potato shochu !

In the Meiji and Taisho eras, shochu was so valuable that in order to obtain as much alcohol as possible, the lower alcohol content ( suedare ) was removed at the end of the distillation stage .
This endagare has a strong sweet potato aroma, but it also contains a lot of unpleasant flavors.

I want the scent of sweet potatoes, but I don't need the flavor. Therefore, if you use polished potatoes that have been carefully processed, this special manufacturing method has created a nigori shochu with a rich sweet potato aroma and no unpleasant taste.

Please note that floating substances are part of the flavor components, so shaking well to dissolve them will make the drink even more delicious.
