This is a very rare limited edition of Niida Honke's standard " Shizenshu Junmai Genshu " , freshly pressed unpasteurized sake that has been aged at ice temperature without filtering, giving it a gassy feel.

The aroma is reminiscent of steamed rice and grains.
When you put it in your mouth, you will first taste the sweetness, and then a rich umami flavor will fill your mouth.
It has a rich flavor that is full of sweetness and umami, but the acidity that comes later tightens it up so it doesn't feel heavy.
