A few years ago, I went on a trip with two friends, and they stayed at a small temple.
At that dinner, I was treated to a very delicious soba shochu by the old monk who was the head of the temple.
It has reached the peak of maturity, and it was a gem that makes you feel a vague sense of wabi-saku.
Now, I miss the old monk and shochu, so I contacted him, but he said that the temple no longer exists.
The other day, I had a drink with a friend from that time, and he seemed to have left a strange impression on me.
By the way, we call this monk Soba Osho.
