For those who don't like sweet plum wine!

All of our staff agree that it's delicious!
By using plenty of fully ripe Nanko plums, it brings out an unimaginably fragrant acidity from conventional plum wine.

Subtle sweetness, sourness, aroma, and umami are perfectly balanced to create a rich, dry plum liqueur made from ume extract.

In hot weather, it's best chilled in the refrigerator straight, on the rocks with plenty of ice, or as an aperitif.
You can enjoy it according to your taste.
