Ibushigin's dry barrel sake that won't go with the times

While Kanesumiyoshi uses Yamada Nishiki, this Ginsumiyoshi uses Sasanishiki, which is not a rice suitable for sake brewing.

Since it is not filtered with activated carbon, the color is the natural bright yellow of alcohol.
Yoshino cedar barrels are used to convey the rich aroma.
