Immediately after the mash is poured into the press, the brewers carefully hand-pack each bottle using the rough end that naturally flows out.
It has a gorgeous Muscat-like aroma and a refined flavor and richness.

This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized pure rice ginjo sake made with Yamadanishiki rice and brewed without pressure, which allows you to enjoy its youthful and vivid flavor.

Kodama Brewery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1879 when founder Kodama Kumenosuke began brewing soy sauce and miso. In 1907, the business reorganized into a company. The following year , the company opened a branch office in Akita, and grew to become a leading soy sauce and miso brewer in Akita .
At the same time, in 1913 , they also started sake brewing. They launched their "Taiheizan" brand of sake, named after the most famous mountain in the region. Upon its release, the sake gained many fans, including celebrities from all walks of life.
