500 bottles of 720ml! 1.8L 200 sho limited kuradashi! A sake with an elegant flavor

Immediately after pouring the moromi into the press, the brewers carefully hand-pack the arabashiri portion that naturally flows out one by one.
It has a gorgeous scent like muscat, and you can feel the elegant taste and richness.

You can enjoy the youthful and vivid taste of this unfiltered unprocessed Junmai Ginjo brewed with Yamada Nishiki.

Excerpt from Kodama Brewery official website
Kodama Jozo Co., Ltd. was founded in 1879 , when the founder, Kumenosuke Kodama , began brewing soy sauce and miso. After that, in 1907 , the business form was reorganized into a company organization. The following year, in 1941 , the Akita branch was established, and the company grew to establish an immovable position as a representative soy sauce and miso brewer in Akita.
On the other hand, in 1913 , he started brewing sake. We will bring out the “Taiheizan” brand sake, which is derived from the most popular mountain in the region. Along with its release, it was blessed with many fans, including celebrities from various fields.
