Taikai Brewery has released a long-term aged shochu that has never been released before!
Beniotome ( purple potato ) and Joy White ( white potato ) are blended with shochu brewed with white koji and black koji, respectively, and aged for over 3 years.

An exquisite collaboration of the wild flavor of Beniotome and the light and delicate flavor of Joy White.
By slowly aging, you can enjoy a more balanced and mature sweetness and umami.
