[Tamagawa Naturally Brewed Tamaryu Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo]

It's clearly a different world from regular Junmai Daigin.

This is a very rare and valuable sake that is a Junmai Daiginjo made without added yeast.
A masterpiece that blends the strength of natural brewing with an elegant and subtle ginjo aroma.

It seemed to express the mysterious world of Kyoto and to embody the sense of wabi-sabi that master brewer Philip Harper senses; I was deeply impressed after drinking it.

This Junmai Daiginjo sake has a wide range of suitable temperatures and goes well with a variety of foods, and its appeal lies in the diverse expressions it shows depending on the drinking temperature and the food it is paired with.
The dragon on the label represents the rising umami flavor.
