Tamagawa Natural preparation Kimoto pure rice Stork label 1800ml
[Tamagawa Naturally Prepared Kimoto Junmai Stork Label]
A delicious hot sake reminiscent of the sake of the Meiji era.
Pure rice sake made with kimoto, using pesticide-free Gohyakumangoku grown using the stork-raising farming method.
It has a concentrated umami flavor, but it is finished as a dry sake that you will never get tired of.
You can drink it deliciously at room temperature, but you can feel the charm even more by warming it up.
The stork-fostering farming method is an initiative that hopes for the natural return of the pests that infest rice fields, the frogs and loaches that eat the pests, and the storks that feed on them through rice farming that does not use any pesticides.
The purpose is to grow safe rice and to nurture various creatures including storks.
Part of the sales of this Tamagawa stork will be donated to the stork fund that supports the return of storks to the wild.
