[Tanizakura Junmai Ginjo rice]
Tanizakura's classic product!
Sake brewing rice is polished to 60 % or less and brewed with underground water from the southern foot of Yatsugatake.
The aroma is mild, and the umami of rice is firmly alive and has a pleasant taste. It goes well with a variety of dishes, both Japanese, Western, and Chinese.
・From the official website of Tanizakura Sake Brewery
It is said that the taste of sake is rice, the aroma is yeast, and the texture is water quality.
At Tanizakura, all the rice used for sake brewing is processed in-house, from the polishing of the brown rice. After that, about 40% (average) of one grain is scraped off to remove the part that will give off the taste of sake. In addition, the subsoil water from the Yatsugatake southern foot plateau springs wells up in the deep well. Tanizakura's sake is born by adding the skill of brewers to the blessed natural products.
