An annually popular orange wine that brings out the delicious flavor of the fruit

This orange wine is made from Delaware grapes grown in Yoichi, which are macerated on their skins before fermentation to maximize their flavor. Afterward, the wine is fermented in old barrels and aged for approximately one month.

Rita Farm & Winery is a small-scale, husband-and-wife-run winery, the third to open in Yoichi, Hokkaido. All of their varietal wines are made from 100% estate-grown grapes and are produced using natural fermentation with wild yeasts to pursue the terroir. To ensure the wine remains stress-free during transfer, they use only gravity-fed methods and employ a gravity-flow filler for bottling.
