Founded in 1913 .
Named after one of Japan's three most famous mountains, Tateyama, the sake is based on the creed of pursuing quality. Mainly Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, which is said to be the best rice suitable for sake brewing, is brewed using high-quality rice suitable for sake brewing, such as Hokuriku's representative rice suitable for sake brewing "Gohyakumangoku".
