A luxurious seasonal sake made with only Nakagumi sake

Only the " naka-gumi " portion , which is said to be of the highest quality, is bottled.
Fresh and elegant scent.
You can enjoy the unique depth of flavor of Yamadanishiki rice and its refreshing rice-like taste.

" Naka-kumi " is the sake that reaches the center of the tank and drips naturally as pressure is applied little by little.
This part has an excellent balance of aroma and flavor, and is where you can get a stable, high-quality sake.
In the case of high-quality sake such as sake entered in tasting competitions or Daiginjo, only this part may be bottled and shipped.

Tenpoichi is located in a warm area in eastern Hiroshima Prefecture, close to the Seto Inland Sea ( Kannabe-cho, Fukuyama City ) .
The "brewing water" used in sake brewing is soft water ( ancient water ) pumped up from 200 meters underground on our premises.

Our motto is to make sake that brings out the best in food, and we aim to make sake that does not interfere with your meal. We cherish the umami, acidity and sharpness that spreads when you put it in your mouth, and we make all of our koji using our original box koji making method, brewing each and every grain carefully.
We hope that everyone who drinks our beverage will feel happy.
