Tenpoichi is located in a warm area in eastern Hiroshima Prefecture, close to the Seto Inland Sea ( Kannabe-cho, Fukuyama City ) .
The "brewing water" used in sake brewing is soft water ( ancient water ) pumped up from 200 meters underground on our premises.
Our motto is to make sake that brings out the best in food, and we aim to make sake that does not interfere with your meal. We cherish the umami, acidity and sharpness that spreads when you put it in your mouth, and we make koji using our original box koji method, brewing each and every grain carefully.
