Tenpoichi Kimoto Junmai Special Limited Sake Senbon Nishiki 720ml/1800ml
[Tenpoichi Kimoto Junmai Special Limited Sake Senbon Nishiki]
A sake that you can enjoy during the hot season, made with Kimoto, a sake that goes well with each cup.
Previously, we used Hiroshima Omachi, but we have changed to Senbon Nishiki for a more refreshing taste.
This is a super dry type of sake that you want to enjoy at this time of year, with a sake level of +8.
The result is a dry sake that goes well with the meal, with the acidity typical of Kimoto-zukuri, and with a deliberately restrained flamboyance that goes smoothly.
・From the back label, Tenpoichi is located in a warm area from the Seto Inland Sea in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture (Kannabe Town, Fukuyama City).
The "preparation water" used for sake brewing is soft water (ancient water) pumped from 200 meters underground at our brewery.
With the motto of being a supporting actor who makes the most of food, we aim to make sake that does not interfere with the meal, and we value the umami, acidity, and sharpness that spreads when you put it in your mouth. All koji is made using the original box-made koji method. Each grain is carefully brewed.
I would appreciate it if you could feel ′′ happiness ′′ to everyone who can drink it.
