Only 283 bottles will be produced. Each one has a numbered label.
It has a clear, deep ruby ​​red color and aromas of strawberries and cherries.
Next comes accents from the barrels such as marzipan, chili pepper and pepper, as well as a grassy impression of grass and meadow.

Refreshing bubbles fill the mouth, and the astringency and tannins typical of red wine are mild and well-balanced.
You can enjoy it casually regardless of the situation.

The varieties used are not disclosed, but only black grapes are used and the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The wine is aged in the bottle for approximately 10 months, after which the sediment is manually collected at the neck of the bottle over a period of approximately 60 days, after which it is disgorged (removed) by freezing the sediment in a solution at -26°C.
The dosage is non-dosage, using no sugar, and is a dry finish according to Brut Zero standards.

It goes well with yakitori, liver, steak, foie gras, okonomiyaki, potato salad, and yakisoba.

Fermentation: Primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in bottles. Aging: Aged in bottles for 10 months.
