In order to express the natural climate and terroir of Togakushi, we use "prepared water from the Togakushi water system and spring water near Togakushi Shrine Hokosha" to create a "junmai ginjo with a modern and gorgeous flavor brewed in a traditional way. " It is a limited edition that has been stored in a bottle.
The shubo is pure rice daiginjo ( rice polishing ratio 35 % ) , and the water for brewing is partly derived from Togakushi Shrine.
Fresh and extremely elegant like unpasteurized sake. A gorgeous scent and a light and smooth hit. It's a famous sake.
