This is a slightly unusual and special plum wine made using Chiyoju's Junmai sake as a base, and instead of soaking plums in it, it is made using " Ume Shizuku " apple vinegar with the juice of ripe plums added.
It also contains Rice Power Extract No. 101, which is gentle on the stomach !
The sweet and soft flavor of the apple cider vinegar used in Ume Shizuku, which combines honey and apples, is a perfect match for the refreshing taste of plums. The mellow plum fragrance and thick, gentle sweetness of the juicy taste are appealing.

The pickling juice of "Akanehime", candied ripe plums, is an original product of Kotobukiya Kotobuki Kozo, a Yamagata pickle shop that is particular about using no additives. "Akanehime" is a Japanese sweet made by candied ripe "Setsuda plums" from the local Higashine region in homemade brewed apple vinegar and white sugar, and is popular for its mellow sweetness, sourness, and melting texture. The pickling juice of this "Akanehime" is "plum syrup". It has a refreshing natural sweetness, sourness, and plum aroma, and is also commercialized as "Ume Shizuku".

Contains 20g of Rice Power Extract No. 101 per 100ml , which suppresses the activity of Helicobacter pylori, the bacteria that causes stomach ulcers.
