This is a slightly unusual plum wine made with Chiyoju Junmai sake as a base, and using apple vinegar called ``Ume Shizuku ' ' , which is made by adding the pickling juice of ripe plums instead of pickling plums.
Contains Rice Power Extract No. 101 , which is even more gentle on the stomach !
The sweet and soft flavor of the apple cider vinegar used in Ume Shizuku with honey and apples is the perfect match for the refreshing taste of plums. It has a rich plum scent and a juicy taste with a gentle sweetness.

This is an original product of Yamagata's pickle shop, Jukazo Juya, which is particular about additive-free products, and is a pickled juice made from candied ripe plums called ``Akanehime''. ``Akanehime'' is a Japanese sweet made by pickling locally ripe ``Setsuda plums'' with homemade brewed apple vinegar and caster sugar, and is popular for its mellow sweetness, sourness, and melt-in-the-mouth texture. The pickled juice of this "Akanehime" is "ume syrup". It has a refreshing natural sweetness, sourness, and plum aroma, and has even been commercialized as ``Ume Shizuku.''
