An everlasting classic and authentic! Traditional sweet potato shochu

This is potato shochu! A sweet potato shochu with a mellow taste and aroma that will delight connoisseurs.
The founder of Oishi Brewery, Chojiro Oishi, liked to drink shochu while watching the cranes flying from Siberia to Akune, so he named the shochu he made himself "Tsurumi."

It has a rich sweet potato aroma and a gentle swelling mouth, leaving a deep and comfortable sweet potato flavor in the aftertaste.
On the rocks and with water are of course good, but hot water is especially recommended.
