There are many pure rice-based plum wines, but this is one of the best!
Junmai sake made with Yamada Nishiki from Shizuoka Prefecture, Seto River underground water, and Shizuoka yeast, and sake brewery plum wine made with local JA Oigawa plums.

Slight cherry blossom color.
