[Umenoyado Aragoshiyuzu ]

Scent: Refreshing, subtle sweetness

This luxurious yuzu sake is made using domestic yuzu juice and blended with sake from Umenoyado.
We carefully blend the fruit juice itself so that the aroma, acidity, oil, and bitterness blend in the perfect balance.

The fruit juice used is 1800ml, which is about 20 servings.
By blending at a low temperature that does not impair the flavor of the fruit juice, we are able to create a liqueur with a pleasant mouthfeel that has the refreshing flavor and sourness unique to yuzu.

When poured into a glass, the refreshing scent of yuzu spreads out, and when you put it in your mouth, the unique flavor of yuzu overflows into your mouth.
It has a slight sweetness, but if it's not sweet enough for you, you can add honey to it.
Recommended on the rocks or with soda.
