This is a still test-brewed wine made from a blend of four types of grapes harvested at Woody Farm in 2022.

A yellow that feels slightly bluish-white.
The dominant flavor is pear, with hints of lemon tea, Earl Grey, white peach, the sweetness of honey butter, and the refreshing tang of lion pepper.

WOODY FARM & WINERY has two faces: a domaine winery that makes wine using only grapes grown in its own fields at the foot of Mt. Zao in Yamagata, and an orchard dedicated to cultivating high-quality fruit.
The grapes are grown organically using reduced amounts of pesticides (specially cultivated as certified by Yamagata Prefecture), and Woody Farm's current form is a reflection of its journey to express through its fruit trees what is possible only in this land.
