The second trial of a multi-variety blend, with undisclosed varietals.

This is an experimental still wine created by blending four types of grapes harvested at Woody Farm in 2022.

A slightly pale yellow color.
Primarily pear-flavored, with notes of lemon tea, Earl Grey, white peach, sweet honey butter, and the refreshing spiciness of shishito pepper.

WOODY FARM & WINERY has two faces: a domaine winery that produces wine only from grapes grown in its own vineyards at the foot of Mount Zao in Yamagata, and an orchard that cultivates high-quality fruits.
The grapes are grown using organic reduced-pesticide methods (certified special cultivation in Yamagata Prefecture), and Woody Farm today embodies the path of expressing what can only be done in this land through fruit cultivation.
