[Yamagata Masamune liquor future pure rice brewing sake from the finest rice]

Limited edition made with rare rice owned by Takagi Sake Brewery, the Juyondai brewery.

It has a gorgeous fragrance and a juicy finish.
The fragrance and sweetness of tropical fruits are supported by elegant acidity, creating a sweet yet well-balanced masterpiece. Like Yamagata Masamune, it has a vivid sharpness and invites you to the next cup.

For a long time, Sake Mirai was used only at one brewery in Yamagata Prefecture, but in 2005, it started being used at three breweries, including Yamagata Masamune. After that, the number of warehouses used gradually expanded.

At that time, Mitobe Sake Brewery was compared to other breweries, so they paid even more attention to the entire process than other tanks.
Even now, that sense of tension remains the same, but he says that he feels like he has become able to brew with a little more peace of mind, as the unique flavors are consistently produced every year.
