Handmade sweet potato shochu with a deep flavor and long aftertaste that has been aged and stored for one year.
This sweet potato shochu is made by using koji rice, Koshihikari rice, and Hinohikari rice, making both the primary and secondary preparations in jars, and storing and aging the raw sake for about a year.
You can enjoy the mellow taste and mellow flavor that comes from aging.
It has a gentle yet strong sweet potato aroma, a gentle texture, a deep, firm and mellow flavor, and a mellow sweet potato flavor. It goes down the throat smoothly and the aftertaste is slightly dry.
