This sweet potato shochu is made by fermenting both the primary and secondary jars using Koshihikari and Hinohikari rice, and fermenting the undiluted whiskey for about a year.
You can enjoy the mellow taste and mellow flavor that comes from aging.
It has a gentle yet powerful sweet potato aroma, a gentle mouthfeel, a rich, firm and mellow taste, and a mellow sweet potato flavor. It goes down the throat smoothly and the aftertaste is slightly dry.
