A blend of Kogane Sengan's black koji unprocessed and Hakuho's 3- year-old sake brewed with white koji.
A rich and fragrant scent similar to sweet potato.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the smooth sweetness of the sweet potato and the depth of its depth.
You can enjoy the sharpness through the throat and the moderate aftertaste.
