[Yuki no Kayasha No. 121 Junmai Daiginjo 5 Year Old Sake]

You will be surprised by the color and taste, which is hard to believe that it is a 5 year old sake!

In 2018, we were asked by the Akita Prefecture Brewing Experiment Station to test brew sake rice No. 121 (currently named Hyakuta), and this unfiltered unfiltered sake was aged for a long period in the refrigerator after the upper tank.

Although it has been aged for 5 years, it still maintains the refined elegance typical of Yuki no Kayasha.
This is an extremely limited edition sake that allows you to once again appreciate the high level of technical ability of master brewer Takahashi.
