This is a chilled sake that produces a very beautiful finish.
It has a subtle fruity aroma and a mellow flavor that combines sourness and sweetness.
There is certainly a sense of maturity, but the taste is clear, light and free of impurities, and not too overpowering.
It has a very elegant, fine acidity and a gentle, refined aroma, making it the perfect drink to accompany a meal.
