A traditional, soothing pure rice sake that pairs well with food

Mizo Sake Brewery, which brews Yuho, is led by Noto Toji (master brewer) Yokomichi, who has worked at famous breweries such as Kikuhime and Tsunekigen, and is a brewery that places great importance on the idea that sake should "be a companion to the main dish."

Yuho does not aim to create a taste that appeals to enthusiasts, but rather has maintained and continued to evolve for over 10 years, proactively incorporating new features in its facilities and construction.
This Annual Ring series is designed to maximize this concept and allow you to enjoy the changes in taste that come with aging.

In addition to Japanese pear and melon, the aroma is plump and fresh, reminiscent of freshly cooked rice.
It has a soft texture and a rounded flavor that slowly rolls out onto the tongue.
The flavor disappears nicely without any harshness right to the end, making it something you can keep drinking forever.

It's delicious chilled, but I think this sake really shines when served at room temperature or warm.
